Before talking about reviews, let us first understand the meaning. Business Review is what a customer has experienced before or after purchasing your product/service.
A Review From your customers can either build your business name or ruin it. You may be having 10 good reviews from your customers, but, even if there are only 2 bad reviews, many would look at those 2 reviews and ignore the 10.
For instance, you can take aliexpress customer reviews. There are 10 customer reviews in total, 8 of them said the product is really good and they liked it, but, 2 of them said we got damaged products. What people would actually see are those 2 reviews and make their decision on whether to go for the product or not.
What to do if someone writes a negative review?
If you get a negative review, reach out to those customers. Reply them in the comments and personally message them as well. Let all your customers see that you actually care about them and you are ready to help them whenever required.
